Zones

EC2 has multiple data centers hosting servers that run the instances. These data centers are grouped into availability zones, which enable users to deploy their services in a geographically redundant fashion.

Listing availability zones

1. Select the EC2 service under the account you wish to list availability zones for.
2. Select the Zones tab.
