Account

In order to use Jollat, you first have to register at the Amazon AWS website and subscribe to S3 and EC2 services. Jollat can manage multiple AWS accounts, provided you have a valid license for each.

Adding an account

1. Click the Add button.
2. Enter an account name (an arbitrary name you can identify the account by; it will represent the account in the services list).
3. Enter your access key ID and secret access key (which can be obtained at the AWS Access Identifiers page of the AWS website — requires login to AWS site).
4. Select communication protocol. The secure HTTPS is recommended, unless you have a specific reason to disable encryption.
5. By clicking Apply you save the changes and your license is checked. If it is valid, you are ready to use AWS.

Changing account settings

1. Select the account.
2. Change the fields you wish.
3. Click Apply to save the changes. Your license may be reverified after saving, but this requires no further actions on your behalf. Please note, that if your AWS access key is changed, you may require a new license.

Removing and account

1. Select the account.
2. Click on the Remove button.
